The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria says filling stations across the Federal Capital Territory may begin reviewing petrol pump prices in the coming days.

IPMAN National Publicity Secretary, Chinedu Ukadike, disclosed this in an interview with journalists in Abuja.

Ukadike said petroleum marketers were preparing to review their prices and sales strategies as new petrol products enter the market. He, however, said the exact timing remained uncertain, as marketers were yet to receive a definite date for the arrival of the new products.

According to him, once the products begin arriving, marketers are expected to quickly review their prices and update their product offerings.

Ukadike said marketers could begin making purchases within the next few days, depending on when the process officially commences, adding that the new products would be made available to consumers as soon as they become accessible to marketers.
