The Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre has invited a staff member of the West African Examinations Council, Olanrewaju Fadehan, to appear in Abuja over allegations of cyberstalking and criminal defamation.

The invitation, signed by the Director of the NPF-NCCC, AIG Akaninyene Ezima, directs Fadehan to report to the centre today for an interview.

Fadehan had raised concerns over the recently released 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination results, alleging irregularities in the conduct of the examination. However, WAEC accused him of spreading falsehoods and sensational materials against the council.
