President Bola Tinubu has urged young supporters of his administration to intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the January 16, 2027 election, calling on them to take his reform message to campuses, markets and communities across the country. Speaking at an event with the youths, Tinubu commended them for mobilising their peers and supporting his political movement without seeking political appointments or public office. The President urged them to sustain their efforts, stressing that their work was only beginning. He also challenged the youths to set positive examples for future generations, saying their commitment to public service should inspire their children and others to follow suit. On preparations for the 2027 election, Tinubu expressed confidence in his supporters and encouraged them to reach out to young Nigerians in their communities to promote participation in the electoral process. He urged them to ensure that eligible young people obtain their Permanent Voter Cards and use them to vote. The President also called on his supporters to campaign on ideas, highlighting his administration’s achievements and plans for the country.
