Richard Onyeka Asiegbu is a communication expert, media executive, and broadcaster with over 19 years’ experience in broadcasting, media management, and strategic communication. He is the General Manager of Montage 99.7FM Abuja and has previously led programming and brand growth at top Nigerian stations including Urban Radio 94.5FM Enugu, KU92.7FM Benin, and Solid 100.9FM. Skilled in media law, broadcast standards, content development, public speaking, and team leadership, Richard combines creative and managerial expertise with hands-on broadcasting experience. He holds an HND in Mass Communication, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Communication and Media Management Consulting, and is completing an MBA in Strategic Communication and Media Management. Richard has also contributed to community initiatives such as the Coal City Fashion Experience (2022–2024). Passionate about innovation and leadership in media, he continues to explore opportunities that drive growth and engagement in the industry.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with listeners, artists, and brands, driving ratings and brand awareness. BJ Barango (BJB The Showman) is a seasoned radio presenter, digital media strategist, and brand expert whose career in broadcasting and media spans over a decade. Known for his conversational style and ability to connect deeply with diverse audiences, he blends storytelling with music curation to deliver shows that feel both intimate and entertaining. Beyond the microphone, BJ is a media content specialist and business development professional, with expertise in crafting strategies that help brands thrive in today’s fast-paced digital landscape. He currently commands the airwaves as host of The Capital Home Drive on Montage 99.7 FM, every weekday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and the vibrant #AfrohitsTop20ChartShow every Saturday at noon. Off-air, BJ enjoys hiking, curating music-themed parties, and diving into books, especially biographies, historical journals, nonfiction, and social commentary.
