DMO unveils ₦4 trillion bond auction plan for Q3

The Debt Management Office has released a Federal Government bond auction plan valued at approximately ₦4 trillion for the third quarter of 2026.
The provisional calendar covers auctions on July 20, August 17 and September 14, with all offerings structured as reopenings of existing bonds rather than fresh issuances.
The July auction will offer three instruments spanning tenors from roughly eight to twelve years, with individual offer sizes expected between ₦400 billion and ₦600 billion.
By August, offer ranges are set to increase to between ₦600 billion and ₦800 billion per instrument as the DMO maintains its reopening-focused strategy through the quarter.
