The Adamawa State Government has ordered the immediate relocation of National Examinations Council centres in several vulnerable schools to safer locations over growing security concerns.

Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Aisha Umar, said the measure is intended to protect candidates, teachers, invigilators and NECO personnel while ensuring the smooth conduct of the ongoing Senior Secondary Certificate Examination.

Candidates from affected schools have been directed to alternative centres, and Umar appealed to school administrators, community leaders and parents to cooperate fully with the relocation arrangements.
